Meet Bob

Meet Bob is operated by JUSTCUDE LLC, doing business as Meet Bob ("we," "us"). Meet Bob is provided as a simple utility for scanning business cards and preparing contact details for review in the native iOS contact screen.

Review Before Saving

You are responsible for reviewing extracted details before saving a contact. OCR may be imperfect, especially with unusual card layouts, low light, glare, blurry images, or stylized fonts.

Lifetime Unlock

Meet Bob offers a one-time lifetime unlock through Apple's in-app purchase system. "Lifetime" means for as long as Meet Bob is offered on the App Store. Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple.

Scope of Service

Meet Bob does not provide a CRM, backup service, or contact management service. Contacts are saved only when you choose to save them through iOS.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Meet Bob only for lawful purposes and only with business cards or contact details you have a right to process or save.

No Warranties

Meet Bob is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every scan will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUSTCUDE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Meet Bob is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
